This section of giving the speech should be the easiest if you've used all the other tips and advice this site has offered. It's finally time to step-up to the podium and give your speech! Before speech day you should have identified the type of speech, the type of audience, written a well-organized outline, prepared note cards, and practiced improvisation, and vocal techniques. By now you have practiced controlling speech anxiety and you have practiced giving your speech multiple times. On speech day, you are ready to prove to yourself and your audience that all your research, practice, and knowledge of public speaking will pay off with a tremendous speech.
